Speed Camera Map

Darn it, not sure why. It is set as public.

Can you see an "Edit" button in the left hand pane above the locations that are already in there?

If so, click that, and you should then see some icons on the right pane appear. Click the balloon icon and you should be able to place it on the map then and put a description next to it.

Ok, I think you need to have a google account to add stuff to these maps. I just signed out of my google account and the edit button disappeared.

Try getting a google account, sign in, and try again.

Didn't realise it needed an account to add stuff to it.

There you go, just added five or six cameras for you. I've got a database of thousands of cameras throughout the UK (lat,long data). I'll have a search through it and start adding cameras around the area.

Don't forget about You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login. Apparently, they've got the locations of all speed cameras, but will only show one region at a time e.g. if you select the Cardiff area, you won't see any of the cameras in Swansea.

If you can pare it down to the South Wales area, you could use You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and load them all in one go.

Nice one Gasman. I'll have to do a bit of work for the CSV file but it makes the Google KML a lot easier.

All you really need is 3 columns, longitude, latitude and name.
I've just tested it with uk gatsos and over 4000 rows and it worked a treat.
