The shop sounds a brilliant idea, easy for me to say though, I don't have to manage it but I know I would use it. As for badges? What about a discreet pin badge?
:i_agree :i_agree :i_agree being a collector of pin badges anyway I would like that  :innocent :innocent

Folks, if its cost of running a shop thats putting you off you know you can set up a shop simply with cafepress?

Granted the free version they run passes on the costs to the guys buying the kit but its a quick and easy way of doing one.

Stuff like t-shirts and totebags are actually iron on jobs but some of it is good kit. Used to set these up for friends bands (about 6 yrs back mind :D) and things who wanted cheap and easy ways of making merchandise.

I wear a welsh dragon sticker on the back of my lid, and skull and crossed swords on the bike, but a well designed WB sticker would go down well, big enough to see while travelling. But then the few plastic bits on my bike I don't mind covering in stickers, although I would have thought some of the faired riders may not be so keen on slapping stickers on their pride and joy.
Ride it like ya stole it ;-P
