Complaints section.

Can we have a complaints section.If anything is chinky chong rong we could put it in there instead of all over the posts,even if its about anouther biker or NOT,swearing,videos,pics,envy,queers,racists,vandals,snobs,weather, or just a member being a pain,instead of private pm,s we all can put the stuff in there instead of talking behind someones back sort of thing.
