YET MORE BAD LUCK & HELP NEEDED!

Anyone know a cheap recovery truck to pick my car up from Sarn Services, Bridgend and take it to Marco's cousin's garage in Swansea as it decided to pump out smoke from the exhaust and steam from the engine just a short while ago on the M4

I have tried joining a breakdown service and calling them but they all come with two many exclusions such as will only recover to a nearby garage (max 15 miles), applying an excess if a claim is made within 72 hours and as with all I've read the small print and cover wont commence for at least 24 hours from when you start the policy and even then I'm back to square one where they will only recover to a nearby garage 

1st Marco's bike off, my bbq back firing on me and burning me and now my car up in smoke all in one week  :(

have a look on gumtree sure ive seen someone on there with a tow truck offering his services

Sorry to hear about yet another bit of bad luck! They say these things come in three's so hopefully thats the last now!

Unfortunately I dont know anyone with a tow truck sorry! Could it be towed, how far do you need to take it?

the car is in sarn services atm but needs to be taken to hafod in swansea, duno how many miles it is.

Recovery truck is good but second choice is a car with a tow hitch & a tow bar anyone have any one of them then can lend
I'm sure petrol will be paid

Just a thought some bank accounts have breakdown insurance bex are you sure you or Marco haven't got that?

cheers, my parents r travelling up from pembroke nw to c if they can tow it but if they cant will have to go with plan B to get a recovery truck.

My dad had a look at the car n one of the valves wher the water goes through is broken. Spoken to the manager at services n gave me a sign to put on car so i wont get a ticket.

Whats the score with recovery now Bex? any joy with AA /RAC/Greenflag or local recovery firm?

Did your dad manage to turn the engine or is it well & truely seized?

For future reference Gareth Wackett had done me more that a few favours, recovering 3 of my bikes and a load of cars and always at a reasonable price

My dad's mate has recovered my car now so will find out later today on what damage has done.

I've got three for may. And I thought my luck  changed when winning Air Ambulance Raffle, but since then going down hill fucking rapid big time. Sorry for swearing.........
