Fix my street
« on: June 15, 2010, 11:58:31 AM »
I visited fixmystreet.co.uk a few weeks ago after finally having enough of a small stretch of tarmac that I ride pretty much every day.

I persevered with it for a while as I could cross to the other side of the road to miss all of the (massive) potholes.
The amount of tankslappers I've had going over there is taking the piss now.  it's a 60 zone  :eek

Anyway, fixmystreet just emailed me back

Dear Mr ****,

RE: POTHOLES - CHURCH ROAD

Thank you for your email dated 28th May 2010 regarding the above.

I can confirm that the site has been inspected and any necessary remedial work has been programmed to be completed within the next twenty-one days, weather permitting.

I trust this information will be of assistance to you.

Yours sincerely

Used it three times now. The results are great. It gives the council (or whoever is responsible) a good kick up the arse and the job gets done double quick.

Andy.
The instructions said "Use Windows XP or greater" so I installed Linux!
A Life? Cool! Where can I download one of those?
