Yes... at last !

After weeks of being cooped up in recover mode I got out on the bike this afternoon.  :clap

Didn't set off until gone 3pm though so it was a bit of a cold ride and I didn't get back until 5.30.

Went up the A470, over the Beacons (heated grips switched on at that point !), past Brecon and then across to Abergavenny. Got there as the cafe was shutting but managed to get a coffee just in time. About a dozen bikes still there and had a chat with someone for 15 mins before they all  left. I had the honour of being the last bike to leave - cafe shut, dark, cold, no company, just me and my coffee in an eerily quiet car park.

Came home via Cwmbran, Newport and the M4.

About 100 miles in all and cold or not I loved every minute !  It's great to  be back on the bike again :thumbsup
