thanks mike, much appreciated,as for the misses-well what can i say, shes been a bloody diamond!!!! :thumbsup, while i was banged up in hospital, shes been on the phone ,running here there and everywhere,an not forgetting looking after my number one man,oh and gwent police have finally let us give an update to the accident, after fucking days and days of toand frowing with them and those wankers caqlled gloucester police :handjob :handjob :handjob.neither of them wanted to do any form filling or fuck all.
And they wonder why they're so disliked.Shame you can't sue them for not doing their job properly,if it was any other trade, heads would roll for incompitence, but then again less time would have to be used on baiting, harassing and ripping off motorists in the uk .....

I would also like to take this chance to thank everyone on welsh bikes for all there good wishes during my accident, all my mates that came to see me on many occassions whilst in hospital, and still come now even at home, also my family who run around every where, doctors and the nurses involved with my care, also to peter and phillipa the physios in the royal gwent for all there help,.
aslo a big big big thanks to my mrs for every thing she done throughout the past few weeks, holding everything togeather, and looking after my number 1 little man throughout, xxxxxxx :group_hug
Lastly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i fucking will till the day i die, absolutly love to meet that driver of that lorry on a dark night and show him my personal appreciation for spewing that diesil over road, which fucked mine and my familys summer right up,wrecked my pride n joy, lost my no claims, cost me thousands of pounds in lost buisness over the past 7 weeks, also fucked my entire spain trip with the boys which was taking lace on 2nd week of december, which have been in the pipe lines for 2 FUCKING YEARS!!!!. :tap :tap :tap :tap :tap :tap

""ZIPPA DEE DO DAH, ZIPPA DE DAY,MY OLE MY WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY"" :clap :clap

I GOT MY BIKE BACK TODAY :thumbsup, yeeeeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaa :thumbsup

its like new,gleaming,*ucking brill,
all i need now is a detailed drawing of how to put the panniers and rear rack back on,coz the driver who came to pick the bike up to have repaired said------- do you want ya sat nav bracket off?????
No i said, why da you ask?
well you wont see this again,!!!
your fucking joking en you?(in the broadest welsh accent he ever heard!) :tap
no mate,we get to know by the look at different bikes and seem to know which bikes we dont return to customers, and im sorry to tell you but,,,,,you wont see this again!!!
BASTARD! i thought,id fucking kill that driver if i ever found the fucker of tha lorry(sorry im off on one again)
so me and a mate who called around to see me and the van driver started to strip my bike as fast as we could, because the driver was already late,
there were nuts, bolts, washers and various spacers dropping to the floor like snow flakes!!!picking them up as they fell and putting them in a small bag!!!
little did i know that i would be having the bike back and not taking any photos as how all the bits and pieces went togeather i am now fucked :scratch
so i better get down thunder road and take a few pics to find out how it goes togeather :banghead
had a hour out on him this afternoon---jesus,every bend i was coming to i was just fixing on the tarmac around the line i was taking rather than the bend its self,,,,,,,,,i need to get out of this habit QUICK!
so might see some of you out and about soon, would be nice to put some faces to your names
went back to work this week-8 weeks no work,= no money :taz,my legs, arms, neck and shoulders are as stiff as fuck, but at least im back in work, still not 100% at the moment but im working on it!
cheers dudes,,,,,,ride safe an keep ya eyes peeled out for diesel, ha ha,coz i will.

hi dudes, just reading through this thread again!-it was like a nightmare unfolding in front of me  :tnp.well on friday evening had my last physio on my shoulder-hasent helped at all, they are going to suggest that i have a scan and see a consultant about my shoulder as im still having problems with it.
put the bike away for next year now-all cootched up in the garage, optimiser and a weekly start up :group_hug
insurances-fucking legalised robbing bastards! :handjob :handjob-as i mentioned before i didnt have clothing cover on my bike insurance,so had to claim on house insurance,,,,fuck me this is where the knife twists and turns to suit them,-2 helmets,my shoei multi tec i bought in january 400 quid,2 jackets, trousers, gloves, boots!!!!!!!!!!!!!,we need receipts for these, didnt have receipt for clothing etc as i bought most of them at various bike shows etc,
i got no receipts, only for my helmet,
sorry sir cant claim for helmet and gloves!!! :taz
why,why,why,-we will get back to you
cant claim for these as they are part of your bike :shocked well i looked on my log book and theres fuck all about helmet or gloves only my bike!!! :tap
claim on your bike insurance they said-insurance say claim on house insurance-one big circle!
anyway, there reason is you could wear your jacket and trousers off the bike but you wouldnt wear your helmet and gloves when your off your bike!!! :handjob
looked at the small print-if i would have been killed, they would have had to pay out 5 grand straight away-your helmet is proberly the main thing that protects you in an accident!!!
they wonder why there are so many dodgy claims being made-if they paid out what we all think or should be covered, this would be wiped out and as for the insurance companys coughing up,well what they pay out to the dodgy ones is only what they are robbing off us honest ones!!!!.
lady for the accident company said that a woman who they was dealing with had a serious car accident, had her left leg amputated at the knee, when she looked at her policy she was relieved that she would be covered for amputations.
later as the claim was on going the small print stated that to qualify as a amputation this meant that 3 or more limbs at any one time were to be removed.
wha a bunch of bastards!!!!
any way the solicitor that fuzzer recommended is spot on :thumbsup have a look-(You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login lawyer.co.uk),
so on to crimbo we go,id like to wish all welsh bikers a merry christmas and a brill new year, with plenty of sunshine and fine weather to get out on ya bikes :thumb_up
i will be glad to see the arse end of this year out and start next year on a more positive view coz 2011 im going to spain on my bike for definate!!!!
happy new year and ride safe n sensible :tup2 :party

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!
