Just a few pic's of our sunday ride to stokeasy Jamestitanic Ladybones Rumble and myself left Terry's and headed for lunch at Crossgates spotted Mr pope himself    unfortunately due to technical problems Jamestitanic & Ladybones retired into the pits    we then took A489 ( Great Road ) via Newtown and had a Quick ride through Ludlow  packed out with tourists  stopped at Leomister for a Cuppa  then back home , I thought i should also mention the fact that Rumble's WINKY is now in working order

Yup my WINKY is just fine thanks    pics look nice shame about all the squished squirrels, nice rideout.

I love Cornwall

Anyway ,Stokesay theres an interesting place its probably the most useless castle in Britain as it lies in the lowlands near the longmynd it is therefore almost impossible to defend so if you look at its battle history its quite amusing. Basically whoever wanted to take the castle came along banged on the door and said "give us yer castle" the owners would then reply , "ooer help ok you can have it", it changed hands from English to welsh and back a number of times in this manner. Nice part of the world though i would have missed out Leominster and gone over Clee Hill and through Tenbury Wells , Tea and cake in Ludlow is a must !
