Shrewsbury sunday 3rd

Resplendent in new boots I set out for shrewsbury (surprise visit to my folks) from Risca, via Pontypool, Abergavenny, and Talgarth, then on to Builth for a quick stop at the little chef for a  slash, fag, and a drink then hit the road again going through Hundred house, then A44 to Penybont and turned toward Knighton A488, nice road but the surface is kinda shit  :thumb_down  Anyhoo, took the A4113 to Bromfield and went up the A49, stopped for fuel and another fag at Craven arms then the last leg to Shrewsbury, (Atcham to be precise ) and sprung the surprise.Had lunch and watched the mens final  :weed. Then headed back A49 to Hereford, A465 to Abergavenny,and home to Risca. The Speed Triple was faultless (the rider wasn't though  :rofl) The new boots were also great, RST Tracktech comfortable from the first time I put them on, highly recommended  :tup2
