Red & Tim dirty weekend down South Day 2
« on: November 21, 2011, 06:08:00 PM »
Left the bikes at mine after Saturdays ride as they were a bit dirty and didn't want to put them in the van as they were. Got the bikes out and oiled the chains up ready for the arrival of Tim and red, they turned up at 9:00am so made them a nice cuppa bfroe we set of to Touratech to meet up with the others.
Today there would be myself, Tim, Red, KTM Jon and Jon james.

Today was going to be a little bit tricker with more slippery hills and some stream crossings

The weather was very foggy up on the hills so there was no chance to see some of the stunning views we have, but there were lots of little puddles to play in

This hill is quite slippery and thought red would have a few issues, but again sailed up no problem

Onto a few more lanes and more puddles

Customary fag stop before the could be tricky stream crossing

The stream is quite deep and has some big stones that could throw you off quite easily, yet again everyone came though no problem

Couple more pics of the next few lanes then a nice ride home

Huge thanks to all for a cracking weekend with some fantastic company, we were all enthralled with Tim's tales of some of his world adventures and could have listened for hours .

One huge apology to red though, after getting her bike out and lubing the chain i forgot to turn it around and point it in the right direction  :hit , i will remember next time

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!
