Matt from the One Show

You may know Matt Baker is riding a rickshaw from Edinburgh to London.
Two of our NEG Wales guys acting as Medibike are escorting him all the way.
If you see them on The One Show think about going up to Scotland then all the way back to London at about 10 mph. Then finally home.

That is a ride out to remember & a worthy charity to support.
