Got carried away.

  Intended to go for a quick ride out today It ended up as a 240 mile round trip. I was enjoying the views so much that I just rode until I got fed up going North  then turned around and headed home,, all downhill ...
I set the satnav for a more direct return from Dolgellau and it took me down some great two-lane B roads,, and some single track roads,,, But mostley great bikeing roads.. I think I might try that again some time.
I haven't been up that part of the country for a long time. I'd forgotten how nice it is..

Did another 400 and odd miles again today... was intending to go and see my daughter in Aldershot. Did the M4 thing till about 30 miles after the bridge then got fed up... made a little diversion via devizes and salisbury and a few little roads that looked good.. The wife was with me this time and she loved it... Told her it was a taster for the Scotland trip... We have had to massge each others rear ends a bit since getting back but hay, thats another plus

Well done Don that's 640 miles in  2 days mate     If you keep that up you will have buns of steel by the time we go to Scotland

Three great days now...  :tup2Me and two mates did Brecon abergavenny the wye valley usk abergavenny brecon and home today. A few stops along the way for a fag and a coffe and plenty of banter...
I'm not working so got all the time in the world. ... As long as doll doesn't see this  :rofl cos the housework I was suposed to do is backing up a bit... A househusbands work is never done....
