Dead sheep, rhigos,bwlch, A48
« on: March 20, 2011, 12:17:46 AM »
Well after saying I was getting out about 11 I woke up at 7.30 looked out the window and was on the A470  within the hour freezing my bollocks off , waved at a scamera van stopped at llyn onn for a quick snap shot ( see bike of the month entry) then arrived at terrys after foccering a BMW ( generic Ewan mcgregor type thing )  and a gsx600 , had a cup of free range ozone friendly tea with organic sugar at terrys ( apparently that's why it costs so much) then nipped to Brecon for fuel , then back to terrys to meet steve Cardiff who offered me a cuppa  which I declined but ended up paying for his tea and burger ?????
Then over dead sheep where steve attempted to re affirm the mountains nickname but narrowly avoided two suicidal sheep, then over rhigos through a stationary parked buses chicane WTF ? ( one had broken down so the other decided to stop coming the other way forming a great little chicane . Then the bwlch and into treorchy or somewhere like that for the highlight of my day, steve ( stevie wonder has better eyesight) is convinced a car has driven towards him as 'we' were over the centreline due to parked cars on our side so to ' teach' the oncomer a lesson he decided to slap thier wingmirror , the fact that he completely missed is funny enough but more amusing was the fact that the slap was how I would imagine a cross between Derek brockway and larry Grayson would bounce a basketball . To say it was camp would be like saying ," fuck me them roads in japan need sweeping"
Anyway it was to thunder road for a tea and then a gentle one down the a48 to drop in on Higgy who had assured me there would be donuts ( he's a liar)

We swarmed on his bike and swapped cans , I was about to then leave but steve Cardiff started to cry and act a bit unstable saying he was nervous about making his own way home I threatened to find him a care home as he is of  a certain age and he soon calmed down , then it was time to get home for toast and medals

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Wasn't expecting you or I'd have been up greggs first thing, i should have nipped in to greggs when hunting down the 'delivery man'. Solution is just to buy many a doughnut just in case, and if you guys don't call in I'll munch away! :feeding
