bimble
« on: November 13, 2011, 09:07:15 PM »
Jumped onto blade about midday, no checks, just a quick start.
The EDZ neck tube seemed to be working ok as there were no probs from ma teeth.
Great biking weather, some slippery patches, as been mentioned, but generally fab.
Straight past Brecon, stopped near Glasbury for petrol  and spray oiled the chain.
Great scenery, great roads, great riding. Perfect day.

Headed towards Leominster, then the A44, … fab.
Stopped for a few mins near new Radnor, to watch the sheep in the field, o.. and the stunning scenery. Then on through Cross Hands and Llandrindod, Beulah, Llandovery.
Stopped for a few mins to watch the sheep in the field, o .. and the stunning scenery,  then back to Ponty before 4.00.

Most bikers were taking it easy and enjoying the day .. happy days!

Sounds like I crossed paths with a few on here, but not the same time.
I didn’t stop at Llandovery coz sometimes  the adulation is too much .. I waited till I got back and the two local 5-year olds were passing.

Really enjoyed the day out .. teeth seem ok .. so will start to prepare da lickle bike for a dirty weekend.

I always keep an eye out for welsh bikers.. slow down when passing terrys or Llandovery..
didnt want to be too late today tho
I prob know more sheep by sight than bikers, come to think of it

approaching hereford .. was a sign ``slow mud`` ... better than ``quick sand`` I thawt.

 :i_agree  :rofl
Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!
