Gwent Police run one out of the Bike Train Wales site in Cwmbran they have another 5 cources this year, the only problem is with Gwent Police it's £100 

Lobby your local council, They know about it as I've rung all the local councils 3 times last year & twice this year nagging them to fund it

Give them some pressure as they are more than happy to fund a under 21yr old car safe course for the boy racers so why not us

Good point by Stig, when they were taking bookings for the Swansea course the council weren't funding it and the cost was £100 but at some point they stepped in and ROSPA paid back £80.  Has to be worth a phone call and a couple of emails (or dozen if you can get the local members behind it)

    got my Bike Safe course in July, hope I'm up to it by then but very  interesting reading how others are doing with theirs.   Can't realy see me getting my knees down with  my Virago though

From reading your oyther post Chassa, I think you'll have trouble getting your knee down without your bike!  Sorry fella couldn't resist!

    nope, you got it all wrong there, my problem was keeping my knees UP, they went down real easy
