Biker Down
« on: April 24, 2011, 08:12:34 PM »
As I stated in my ride out report, we passed a recent accident on the twisties before Llandovery. A guy on a KTM I think, don't want to speculate what happened but I couldn't see any damage on any of the cars just his bike on it's side by the armco.

See video in rideout report.

I am saddened & fed up of reading " biker down "threads.
Not knowing the circumstances I could well be wrong but rider error is a strong possibility.
People, get some further training, be it on track days, RoSPA, IAM, Bike Safe or just take it easy till you know what you are doing.

Do we have to hear of " biker down ' every time the sun shines?

ps I sincerely hope there was no injury.
