350miles today (and saddle sore)

Well as promised to myself, 350miles and 9 hours later, I've been across Wales and back!
This was the planned route but decided on a change to reduce the miles and was worth it:

Cheltenham
Evesham (drop off foo fighter ticket)
Pershore
Ledbury
Ross on Wye
Monmouth
Abergavenny
Sennybridge
Llandovery (stopped at west end cafe)
Lampeter
Aberaeron
Aberystwyth
Newtown
Crossgate
Bulith wells
Abergavenny
Ross on Wye
Gloucester
Cheltenham

Instead of going to Aberaeron and Aberystwyth, I went to Tregaron and devils bridge on the B4343. That little b road is awesome on the bike, no chance in a car as there's buses and 4x4s using the road.

Back home now and god I got a sore ass on my street triple at times, had to stop for 5!

Nice bike & lovely country ride.
Next time in Llandovery why not try Tudor's cafe in town on car park side 100 yds from West End . Cheaper.

Great rd from Llandovery to Llyn Brianne & then onwards North to where no man has gone before.

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Lol cheers, maybe next time I'll try that cafe, but it's not going to break the bank at £3.50 for a jacket with cheese and beans :)
