Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Congratulations!!

I own a Bandit 1200 and I love it. Make sure you test ride a few different types before you take the plunge. It's the only way to be sure. :scooter

This is the 1st day of the rest of your life! You'll always remember it, well done.

The Bandit didn't become so popular by being rubbish. It's an excellent solid bike, but that's its only downside - it's just very common. Half the bikes on the road seem to have those twin chrome clocks sticking out. There are plenty of choices out there if you fancy something a little out of the ordinary, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with a bike that every mechanic knows inside out, and every spares shop has bits for. There's a few variations to choose from and plenty of used examples so walk away from anything you're not entirely happy with.

HI Gasman
ER6 are very stable forgiving bikes with a fair bit of power as well
and they also do the er6f if you fancy a new one dealers are doing 0% over four years

Cheers, but I'm out of work.

I did my DAS on an ER5, so knew I could ride that at least and that is what I have now.
