Well, clearly I'm no expert, but as far as tips go;

Try to relax as much as possible! (easier said than done, I know.)

Always do your observations before moving ANYWHERE and when you stop! Probably overkill, but i was checking twice sometimes just to make sure he'd seen me  :sweat

Take some time to make sure you know what 50km/hour feels like on the bike you are using beforehand, you don't want to be having to do them again for being too slow, and you don't want to be going so fast that you can't stop in the box safely. Two people failed that I watched up there, both for going to fast through the speed gate and not being able to stop under control in the required space!

Any more tips than that would be better coming from someone more experienced than me! But that lot worked for me on the day.
