day 1- early start in H-west, set off towards the sun and the motorway, 2 hours and 110 miles later i'm ready to start, already knackered at this stage  :surrender, spent the morning doing a bit of theory stuff and drinking tea, then we set off, first stop waitrose, to get lunch curtosy of gwent police, don't even know where we went to begin with, all the place names were written in a strange language  :fishing
then we pulled up here for tea and cakes

then headed back after doing about 100 miles, at least i know about road positions now  :scratch
then it was off to find somewhere to sleep for the night and a good meal, but someone tried to poison me with dodgy ethnic sauce hidden in the food  :taz

day 2 straight out on the roads to practise what we'd been shown the day before, went over the moors somewhere

then up through brecon and upper chapel to the top of sennybridge training area to check out some more views

and the old bill were everywhere

cracking 2 days and i can't believe i haven't had an off before now, cos i've been using the force for so long, it was about time i actually had some proper training, definately recomended  :thumbsup
