How much practise did you do of all the manoeuvres before starting the lessons/test? I'm still debating whether to get in loads of practise or just bite the bullet and sign up for the training now.

How much practise did you do of all the manoeuvres before starting the lessons/test? I'm still debating whether to get in loads of practise or just bite the bullet and sign up for the training now.

I did about 2 hours training, followed by an hour doing the test as a "mock test" with the training company, tbh it is worth the training, you will know exacly what you will be doing, exacly how to do it and imho it is then a doddle.

If you do do it without training, remember to do lifesavers before moving off for anything, before you turn on your u turn etc. and at the end when youve done your emergency stop make sure you life saver when youve stopped and before setting off to go thgrough the gate (where ever they tell you to go at end) (sorry if this is obvious, but myself being in a fenced area where there are definetely no other vehicles I would of been tempted to not bother, without the training)

Ultimately practice costs money, I would prefer to always pay extra to have the better chance :)
