Hate to see violence committed on one so old but in this case think I'd make an exception.

 :thumb_down unfortunatly in my experience if your involved in any accident on a bike and the police attend they imeadiatley assume that you were at fault.... this will also be the case in court

therefore you can either completly ignore the law and treat them with the respect they treat you........ or get a bike cam and record everything?

but either way there's no point moaning cos it aint likely to change anytime soon!!!!

Take my case for instance ,i was purposly ran off the road (M4 motorway ) ,2 independant witnesses and cctv footage showing the incident ,driver got off with driving without due care and attention ,CPS did even bother to decode the cctv or get the independant witness statements sent to them ,they just took the driver to court .

I was bloody fuming and the police only gave me a letter of apology .

Imagine i was a pedestrian that got hit in the same manner by a motorcyclist ?
