Rusty screw = one Flat tyre - GUTTED!

 I Finished work earlier than expected today  :clap  and was all ready for a jaunt  :scooter  but I wheeled my bike out of my garage to discover a flat rear tyre with a rusty screw embedded just off  the centre

Bad news  :thumb_down So gutting when that happens.... happened to Pope a few times when coming out of my garage... really strange, not a clue where the screws come from. Just one of them shit things  :thumb_down

Well I did say that... like the little one in that film Cats Eyes  :scratch
I didn't manage to convince Pope though... he says its just a screw in the wrong place at the wrong time.... I like the gremlin theory myself.  :thumbsup

I`ve been told in the past, that I`ve got a screw loose though  :eek may`ve been that :oops

i had a tyre plugged, it was only a week old lasted 4000 miles no probs high speeds as well mark from newport came to the house and done it

Hi all yer i have run tyres with repairs for years and even ridden at the Isle of Man with a repair  :tup2

Just off centre , well i would take it to a tyre shop and explain its just a spare get you home tyre and they may do it .

Mine is fine i just check the pressure every couple of days  but its been fine so far  nd i hammer it. :thumb_up
