Similar prices to what I've been quoted for the street triple Mark. £160 for my 6k mile service and then £400 for the 12k so maybe the service costs aren't all that bad for the ducati.

Well, i had my test ride yesterday but didnt buy the bike.
As much as the bike was nice to ride, listen to and look at i couldnt justify the extra cash over the gsxr for it.
Had a good long and fast test ride with Steve from Riders, he was on the bmw s1000rr, we swapped halfway and i rode the bm back to Riders.
Apart from a lack of noise from it, what a bike.
Went like fook, amazing brakes, first time ive used a quickshifter :thumb_up
Still want to try the rsv4 and ive got a test ride booked on the zx10 for next sunday.
In no hurry to change so make take a while lol

it'll be interesting to see what you think of the ZX10R compared to the BMW

Like you said though if your GSX-R does the job then it's hard to justify stumping up extra cash really
