Sad news that! Thats a road I ride quite often, so does Nero I think! I know there's some newly laid kitty litter on the road, dont know if that was the cause!

Yes I do ride this road, one of my favourites. The only place I can think this happened is around the Huntsman Hotel area as there is a cross road, with a turning right for Shirenewton. Can be a fast bit of road by there. But there is a "SLOW DOWN" sign there.

Arron posted about the "kitty litter" on the road a couple of weeks ago. Just a few miles before this area, where you go up thru the woods, so maybe they have reached this area, if indeed this was the cause?
