Motorbike Bucket
« on: August 17, 2010, 10:16:19 AM »
Has anyone been to this new bike accessory shop. I was down South Wales Superbikes on Sunday and noticed a sign for them on the Llanwern Steelworks roundabout. They are shut on Sundays.

I drove down there to have a look at about 5.30 one weeknight after noticing the signs on the way to SWS.  Its just a metal door in the side of the speedway wall and was all locked up and empty looking.  Didnt look like a shop at all but i might be wrong.

Go straight over the roundabout to Newport speedway. Pull into speedway carpark. Motorbike bucket is inside the stadium bit. Big sign over a metal doorway. Took mr ages to find and was shut!

I was doing a delivery in the area so headed to the speedway stadium and found the shop open!  :thumbsup
Had a short chat with one of the owners and they said in future they will stock bike parts (brake pads etc) PLUS, they will be doing repairs and servicing.
They are also willing to supply free tea and coffee if the Welsh bikers want to meet up there or use the place as a starting point for future ride out's  :thumbsup
Not a huge selection of gear in the shop but they have the usual stuff there (jackets, trousers, boots and helmets) all at reasonable prices.
