Only just reading this, as I don't log in anymore. But I'm still in Essex, bored, so thought I would have a troll at what is happening.
The only reason I am posting is to put things straight. It wasn't Chaz from Chepstow, she is fine last I heard.
It was Emma with the 600RR from London.
As Steve said, she got taken out by a car on a dual carriageway doing approx 70mph. It just came across her as she was by its side. Could not do anything, and could not go anywhere.
She was in Hospital for 7 days, but got discharged today (Tues), and I nicked my sisters car, and took her home.
She suffered a fracture to her fibea, which she was chuffed about as that was Rossis injury. I tried to explain that his was a compound fracture and hers was a mickey mouse one, but shes having none of it.......

She also sustained 3 broken ribs and a puncture to her lung, which required a drain for 4 days. Also her liver had a tear, but has healed up.
She dislocated her thumb, with a few complications, so her right hand is in plaster....... Which is no thing really, as she cant move her whole right arm due to there being nerve damage in her back and neck.
Gravel rash on her arse and right calf sort of rounds it all up......
When we decided to part ways, I told her she could have the Shoei XR-1000 helmet I had lent her...... Which she has duely destroyed!!!! I'm just glad she was wearing that rather than the bucket she used to wear before!

Doesn't really matter in the light of things.
Shes been on morphine all week (wouldn't share), and has been in proper pain with the drain in her lung and the ribs. She can feel them moving around all the time.
Like I said.... She got home to Hemel Hempstead today, and I'm back in my sisters in Essex. I have to go to the yard where the bike is tomorrow to give her an idea if its going to be written off or not. Pop into hers after that and then get back home for work.
I would just like to say thank you to Debz for showing some support and letting you all know. I would have put this straight sooner, but I don't pop in anymore, and I have been busy anyway..........
But this thread is another example of websites, and how false information and assumptions always leads to a story going tits up.........
Ride safe y'all.
