hi mate, had dirt bikes for years, mainly trials bikes, gas gas 250 pro (had two) last one was a 300 pro, bloody loved um!.got pissed off coz there are getting less and less places where you can legally use them, and the competitions that are about are the same venues over and over again and you just end up doing them to death!.So i decided i would spread my wings and get a enduro, road registered that is and got a wr 250-this was ok but after my 2stroke bikes this was like a bloody diesel tractor-absoulty flat for my liking,so sold that to a mate and got a beta 450 rr 4 stroke(which is a ktm 450 excengine  with beta running gear) THIS IS THE DOGS DANGELIES!!.group of mates came up yesterday from torquay for there first play in wales, they had a brill time and cant wait to come back up.I was totally pissed off coz i coulndt go due to my accident and recent operation :taz,.  Take care, and always make sure you have good gear and plenty of protection when your on ya dirt bike,no matter how small a journey your on a small fall onto stones or rocks even at a stand still when youve stalled ya bike can bloody hurt!!!.get ya self some body armour,i got acerbis, these are a mesh body stocking so you can breath and helps to disperse sweat, and get some knee protectors,i use scott ones you dont even know youve got them on.most of all stay safe and have a great time.all the best mate,Jenros

I got a WRF450! 3rd go at the Hafren rally this year! Do most of my riding in Mid Wales on organised trips. Too many ignorant police round the Newport area! :thumb_down

Had MX bikes as a kid

Started on a 1986 Kawasaki KE100. First bike I ever rode, good memories.  On the back when my brother flipped it too :eek :rofl
Landed on him though so didnt hurt

Then had a 94 Yam YZ125 (seized)
Then a 96 CR125
then got an Aprilia RX125 for use on road as well as off.

But then got into sportsbikes and haven't looked back.

Fancy a CR500 for the road though  :scooter
