Just part of the bigger picture  :tt  :tt  :tt

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Hi-Viz clothing as a road safety initiative is a complete load of twaddle.

Ask any motorcycle police officer or DSA examiner or instructor whether they feel that more motorists pull out on them when they are riding their own bikes with ordinary leathers and I doubt if any of them would agree.

Certainly many people failed to notice me when I was riding a bike with headlight always on, blue and yellow squares spattered across it and me wearing hi-viz with sleeves. You need to be completely aware of the fact that you may as well be invisible if you want a long and happy life.

My current bike has no switch to allow the headlight to be off, but I certainly don't wear white helmet and yellow clothing and there's no difference.
