Without wishing to tempt fate, I agree with B.I.T.R

what some people would see as dangerous or risky, others would see as commonplace.

That said, getting your frame down on the road is just asking for trouble  :fishing

If i meet up with the mindless twat who went screaming down our street today at around 17.07 ON HIS BACK WHEEL doing more than 40 MPH on a Black Triumph Tiger (I think) wearing black leather trousers and a red/black jacket, I'm GONNA FOOKING Twat you dude.

I'm not a violent man (Honest) but trust me geezer when i think of the little kids in our street that could have run out in the road, it makes my blood boil.

It's fooking mindless retards like you that give all us bikers a bad name.
Nuff said
Rant over. :taz

 :i_agree

I've got nothing against going a bit quick now and again, or being a bit daft, but ffs, do it somewhere safe. I can't stand people (in charge of any vehicle) who don't stick to the rules in a built up area. What's stopping a little kid from stepping into the road in front of them?  :taz

on a seperate not coming in from the dams in rhayader i blipped my rather fruity exhaust as i rode in, an some tosser in the garden basically hung over the hedge as i went by presumably to get my reg, a mate was behind me and said he almost fell over the top he was leaning that far.  so just beware peoples perception of noise being fast could also get you into trouble.

There are many reasons for earning 3 points on your license, but I don't class crossing white lines as one of them. I feel I would have handed the police my license on a plate . Entering abergavenny yesterday (Monday) 2 "super cool dudes" were wrong side of the road with oncoming traffic forcing them to pull wide to avoid them and over every double white line and zig zag and on blind bends. OK it was only at 30mph but everyone else was crawling, they were just asking for someone to edge out and tip them off into oncoming cars.

Has anyone else noticed how many MORE solid white lines there are now adays, all down to road users not being aware of their surroundings, road conditions and other drivers I think.  So, 'the establishment' are doing the thinking for us by painting solid white lines (and don't get me started on innappropriate speed limits where every road seems to be reduced to 50mph nowadays also for, in my view the same reasons)

This is taking away our freedom of choice with the penalty if caught of 3 points per occurrence??

Well, that's two rants in as many days, I need to get back on the medication..............

Look Legal + Sound Legal + Ride Legal = No Hassle

Just to put my rather wild comment into perspective peeps, the road is on a lrge council estate and is basically a single track because all the residents park on one side of the road, it's that tight that wing mirrors get knocked off quite frequently.
The part of teh road where this mindless git decided to pop one is also completley blind in the direction he was travelling AND down hill AND the surface was wet AND has around 8 completley blind driveways AND has TWO old age pensioners homes at the end of the road.
This kid derserves evrything that Throbbs will lay on him next time i see him, trust me, he won't ever be able to do it again.
