:rofl this was only a bit of info posted to show that you can get better deals by playing one company against the other, now my brain is swimminng with MBS GMBs  :rofl :rofl,
second tip of the day,----------- get your wifes old broken gold ear rings any condition, yesterday  goldsmiths were paying £10.00 per  gram.  £1,850.00 for a handfull of what my mrs thought was just unuseable old trinkets RESULT!.

That is a lot of scrap gold hanging around but a good time to cash in.  Loads of ours went in a robbery 3 years ago.
I just don't get the CASH MY GOLD adverts on TV where they say they will send you that pre-paid envelope for you pop your gold in and put back in the post.  Birthday cards are not even safe to send in the post, who would be dull enough post all their gold??   :rofl
if you use the TV companys you will get ripped off,all we took to the shop was a box the size of the box,s you get when you buy a new bracelete, with just what my mrs had either broken or has not worn in years :tup2
I assumed you weren't dull enough to use these companies or even post your gold in an envelope marked up cash my gold all over the front.
I could upgrade my bike nicely for that sort of money.   just an idea.
not shareing :tt

I meant if I had that much gold to cash in you header.   :rofl  :rofl
Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?

The one that tickles me is Brecon Carreg water.  How it tells you this elaborate story on the side of the bottle of billions of years of filteration through volcanic rock and caves and so forth and just below that it says best best before nov 2011.
Now how lucky was they to bottle that just before it's use by date expired.

And so the BT war starts!.... Was given a package via BT of £16 a month (3 weeks ago), with 1st 3 months for free, good deal I thought? Yesterday I get a bill for £42.04p and they've taken £39 out my bank, which left me overdrawn and penniless for the weekend! I call my bank and get them to do a reversal but they can't get it back into my account till Wednesday! I call BT and as usual get the options run-around, finally get thru to someone with English not being their 1st language, and then get told "sorry". They then tell me that I am on quarterly billing, when I asked for monthly. I ask how they take what they want and not what was agreed? "Sorry" was the answer! Friken BT!!!  :handjob

Been thinking of that myself, mentioned it to the wife about going in the car but forecast said heavy rain all weekend, seems to have changed again now.  I wouldn't mind popping over but wouldn't spend to long there though as endurance racing is not the most captivating.  Let me know what you decide later then and maybe I'll meet up with you somewhere.   :thumb_up

This is the trouble with all online/phone business'.   We as consumers can feel violated and powerless at times and this is only a minor problem but extremely annoying never the less.  If BT are using foreign call centers it is a disgrace, or is it just another case of low cost immigation workers in british call centers not being able to help you because of communication barriers, in other words not suitable for the position?

Some just don't know how lucky they are then.  Stig said his area going fibre optic soon,  speeds some of us can't imagine having any time in the near future.   It's not fair.  :taz
