Ive been bust working on this for a while & have managed to push a few buttons & get some discount for all our very poor & hard up members that don't like breaking a £2 coin for a coffee.
There are some major players that have join up & some very nice local companies who im sure will all go that extra mile to support your needs
Now the first thing that sprung to mind was the abuse factor some visitors will just use our discount code & bugger off while not contributing anything to our lovely forum.
So the member only discount section will ONLY be visible to members that have 10 posts on the forum & over (no spamming) & as a back up ive arrange with these companies that the discount codes will be changed regularly & usernames taken at point of sale.
This is my way of saying thank you to all of you for making this forum great & im a big believer in "if you put something in you should get something out"
