Good find.   :tup2
Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?

I bought a pair of these when they were posted on here before.

I can't really compare with other sports boots as my previous boots have been more touring style.

For me these have been comfortable enough to wear all day (even in work - forgot to bring another pair of shoes) with no problem.
They haven't let any water in when it's been raining lightly or wet out but I suspect that may not be the case in a downpour.

The problem I have had recently is I have lost 2 of the small screws which hold the protection at the back of the leg in place but I'm sure a visit to Screwfix or similar will sort that, or I may pop back to Sports Direct now they are advertising them again.

They can be a bit tight over leathers or that may just be my legs  :roll_eyes

I originally bought them as a spare pair but tend to wear them most of the time.
Mark

They look suspiciously like my Spada ones and they were excellent, well right up until I started drying them out next to the hot water tank in work and the leather cracked. I'll have a look at getting a pair, the zip tabs have broken off my Sidi's and the wire doesn't make a nice replacement! lol

Thanks for the tip about these boots. I've been looking for a new pair but wanted a bargain (as you do). Anyway I went to Sports Direct today, and they are bloody good boots, 65 quid, sorted! They are labelled as fully waterproof, but I've given them a good soaking with Nik Wax to make sure. Cheers mate! :thumbsup

Not a problem guys, i must say i didnt expect to see such a bargain from a company like this shop dont sell any other motorbike gear. Plan to get myself a pair on payday. Can anyone tell me what the fitting is like? Im usually between a ten-eleven in feet size, if the ten is a bit generous i'll go for that

Regarding the fitting, I use a size 9 shoe and a size 10 boot.

The new boots are a size 10 and they are a snug fit on me. I think that when they're broken in a bit they'll be dead comfy with a pair of boot socks on.

There is also some adjustment at the top of the boots, the width can easily be adjusted to fit your calf size. Nice. :thumb_up

Great comments from everyone, mine arrived yesterday and i spent most of the day braking them in. Seem to be quite comfy too but haven't walked any great distance in them. I tend to hover between a size 10 and a 11 so i got the 11 just to make sure and they are very snug. I recomend you buy a size bigger if possible. Construction wise the sole is glued to the boot and to be honest you can see where it's been done. The armour is solid plastic and seems like it would withstand a accident pretty well. All in all what do we expect for 65 quid but ideal as a pair of back up boots or for those on a budget.
