If you look at the numbers riders didn't pay any thing in fact they probably made a bit .

How much for the track just for WB for the day including marshals / medics etc?

Give welshbikers a preferential rate and I'm sure you'll fill your trackdays a bit quicker
Alternatively, let's just rent the track out privately as Dave said. Im sure we worked it out to be much cheaper than £60 with the numbers involved.

Firstly, we joined this forum yesterday because The Stig suggested it - sorry to cause offence, its not something we usually do!!

Secondly, our standard price for a trackday is £80. Riders obviously did a cheaper rate and therefore made less, but they don't have the additional cost of keeping a circuit running throughout the year and trackdays aren't a main part of their business. We do feel that you get value for money for £80 and really don't want to be seen as ripping people off. We are a small family business and keeping our customers happy is our main priority!!

However, there are certainly ways which we can try and run a cheaper day for forum members. I will work out a figure for exclusive hire and get some dates together when I am back in the office tomorrow.

Would people be able to do a weekday or would it have to be a saturday?

I will also have a chat in the office to see if there are any other ways we could bring the price down for you.
