Did this one last year, enjoyed it,was  good day out, (it was my first long + slow ride since coming back to biking :old) So will deff do it again this year,

i will be a bmw owner there for i cannot mix with commoners on loud v twins and chavy jap sport bike riders and cruiser riders and any one in between....i thank you

BOTH Severn crossings are on motorways, M4 or (I think) M48 ..ex-M4. So normal rules apply... No learners - and part of the route is on the M4 / M48 proper, apart from the bridge crossing.
An incentive to get the test done before 17th October?

i did hoggin the noggin last yr on L plates...loved it...though whoopsie...nearly forgot was'nt allowed to ride with grown ups on motorway!!! good practise of swerve!!!

i just went straight to chepstow n enjoyed festivities... so i wld go babe if i were u...legally ur allowed to cross severn bridge on l plates on pedestrian walkway... i think...!!

L plates bikes are allowed to cross seven bridge foot path as long as you observe speed limit  :thumbsup

you can start from chepstow on the a466 and after the bridge join the a403 or b4461
