who,s going to stop the parking shazza,i used to pull up often there for a smoke,think i might pop up soon,see how mutch trouble i can stir up, i thought the mountain was common land for the use of the public,always been a snack bar for as long as i can remember,and never a problem parking and going for a walk,what are the boys in blue going to do,they park regular up there waiting to make money for there christmas fund,are they going to be stoped as well ,i dont think so,first cearphilly next terry,s at storry arms,

Have they bought the rights to the lay-by then?
I thought the lay-by was primarily for cars and the council give permission (at a price) for venders to sell their stuff there.
The only way they can stop you parking  there is if they now have bought the land.

Well if thats the case I suppose they have every right to stop you parking.   

If I remember correctley, it wasn't an official lay-by????

i think they owned it for years just trying to get planning to but a permanent structure and now its happened

but to honest if we went there for a walk i would stop for something but as your told you have to wont bother going there now

There used to be a place to park on the junction, not by the snack bar itself, but on the left if going to championmoto from cardiff.

Guess it might be a whole "duty of care" thing, if they have adopted the land and agree to maintain it?
