Weston Bike Night?

Anyone fancy it? Its on a Thursday night every week throughout the summer.

Im probably going to go either 18th or 25th August.

Starts at 6pm and goes on until 9pm.

Might be a change for the Gwent lot to go there instead of the pub one Thursday? Give us a chance to ride the bikes as well. Meet at the Coldra and leave there by 5.30 to be in Weston for 6.30ish. Leave there by 9.00 and be back in the house by 10.30 :thumbsup

Im definatley going unless its pissing down (dont mind a bit of drizzle) as im not standing around in the pouring rain!!! :nails

Same here, Work depending.   Where are you based (leaving from)?  I am in the Bridgend area.    Used to ride every year to watch the beach race so it's a trip down memory lanes so to speak.  The race is in Swansea bay this year.  Means I travel to Swansea everyday to work it won't be much of a refreshing change riding to the beach race this year.   Anyone wanting to meet up from Sarn services or any junction East of that for the Weston run pm me, and if I'm not working (shift work) we can arrange a meeting time.

Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?

The Weston Beach race is still going ahead this year, the Swansea beach race has been re-scheduled to Febuary next year.

Thanks for the info.  would have been looking everywhere to find out the dates.   Read somewhere on a forum in the last few day days that the western beach race has been rescheduled for Swansea and October dates were also supplied, so I accepted it as correct.  As they say, "you can't always believe what you read".  I know Western is worth the trip so I'm pleased it's still on.
