For the hell of it...
« on: July 04, 2011, 07:29:25 PM »
:old I was thinking about the Que of cars in front of me the other day, all closing up trying to stop me overtaking :handjob. Then a thought came to me.  :scratch
Why is it we don't have a monthly meet JUST FOR THE HELL OF IT. :sma  Anyone welcome.
The idea being to ride the road with as many bikes in-line as possible playing bike-leapfrog. Doing about 10mph slower than the speed limit making sure nothing but bikes pass you.  :fishing
Revenge is a thought in the head you wish you could put into practise but your too sensible to see  it out..  :taz

but I think you'd be heading for trouble  :thumb_down

..... :popcorn ......... waits for avalanche of wrath
Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Kamikaze Pan Euros in front, followed by Panzer Gs Adv behind, with a few Spitfire Rocket 111 for support brilliant, nothing could pass. Oh and the Flying Fortress Harleys could join the party too , but much later on naturally. Ducatis could also strut their stuff but would not be very effective.

All panniered up , my GS Adv is a moving roadblock as it is. Although I did filter once!
Ride a bit, stop, drink tea, ride a bit more.

It was outside the Smart Car dealership, so I was feeling pretty safe!

There's a video on the site somewhere of a French demonstration where thousands of bikers rode as if they were in cars, with no filtering or bunching up, and brought traffic to a standstill  :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup
