18th September. A good long ride.
« on: September 12, 2011, 08:52:40 PM »
I suggested a rideout and Pricey has suggested this route via pm:

count me in if dry, not sure where to go how about getting into bristol then take the A38 to burnham on sea have a bag of chips,ICE CREAM!  :feeding then go on towards W.S.M more ICE CREAM  :feeding then on to clevedon, more ICE CREAM  :feeding  then make our way home via portishead, avonmouth, severn beach no more ICE CREAM  ,aust, old severn bridge, then home

Sounds great to me,  anyone else fancy coming along?
Feel free to pm me or Pricey.

Winters almost here, let's get a good ride in before it's to late.   :group_hug
Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?

It sounds like a lot of motorway rideing guys.. Not that thats a problem but in my experience riders don't like motorwys on ride-outs. If they're coming from further west it means even more motorways.

I'm sure it wont be a lot of motorway.  when we cross the bridge and turn off onto the A38 I don't think we will be riding any more motorways  till we get back to Wales.
Pricey will be able to clear this up for you a bit better than me.   His last rideout I followed him was great and I'm sure he'd only suggest something equally as good.
Maybe Pricey can give a few more details about the route? ? ?  :tup2
