What no January meets?

I have just joined welshbikers today as I am looking for some like minded buddies to go out riding with (I have been a billy no mates for too long.)

Am i right in thinking there are no planned South Wales (Cardiff / Newport) meets for January yet? 

Shall we start something for the end of January?

     Hi welcome to the forum dude only the die hards are out at this time of year not many ride outs at the mo just keep checking though they will soon pick up some short notice and some weeks in advance hope this helps

Welcome to the mad house, I was out today and did 170 miles, llandovery, brecon, neath, carmarthen, cardigan, so dont listen to Blue, he's to used to the dungeon, he's not tough enough for this weather  If you decide to go for a ride out madmatt, just put it on here and someone will bound to join in, enjoy

I was also out today in the rain/slush/snow/whatever and it got rather slippery.

I also managed to spot the stones scattered over the road around a bend on the Brecon Llandovery road that nearly had me off last week !

I'll be doing a Ride Out soon.  I'll publish it on here and my other Blog/newsletter.

Probably January the 15th but I'll confirm that.  Starting in Cardiff and heading North ish. (Well - it will have to be North....South and we're in the Sea...)

We found that gravel too , on the way into Llandovery , but we were looking for them after your heads up Nagged'.  Cheers

Went into the garage this evening, sat on the bike, started her up and went back and forth a few times...........closest i've come to a ride for over a week  , but at least there was no gravel

I would never make a new years resolution that hard, I've just made one for no more drinking booze, that's much easier
