Welsh Bikers - Newport Area Section
« on: December 13, 2010, 11:45:22 AM »
Nice to see a section dedicated to those of us from around the Newport area... you Cardiff dudes are just too flash for us east of the city!

Mine's a GSXr 1100/Blade/Streetfighter hybrid called Otto - what's yours and are there any upcoming local events/meets planned?

Peace y'all...

Yeah, agree... 100% - too cold and too salty for the bike.

Perhaps, with the right amount of interest, we could arrange something off-bike, maybe involving a shandy or two - just a thought.

Anyways, be good.

Sounds good.......after all, these poncey Cardiff types, with the exception of Steve Cardiff , Rusty and DHD....do have delusions of granduer......

A few sherberts at some stage sounds good.... :drunk

Lol, oh dear! I guess the male and female definition of a muff varies quite considerably. As Shazza says however, both are capable of keeping one warm on a freezing winter's eve!

Hi Slick

... and welcome!

Yeah, we're up for a few ride-outs once the weather sorts itself out a bit, plus the odd trip further afield - not sure about anything outside of the UK though... my bike rides like an ironing board!

We're off to Wotton Basset in the Spring if you wanna tag along. Check-out the link to the event and register if you're interested - not sure how many places are still available tho, as numbers are limited to 10,000 riders. Most of us are 'in' for the 10-11am slot.

Cheers and speak soon...
