Mega apologies guys n'galls, but having checked-out the form, The Coldra does seem a little too 'family/bar meal orientated' for a casual beer and chat  :banghead

I'm mindful of the fact that this is meant to a Newport gig and have just checked out The Bell, Caerleon... nice pub, lovely roads and off road parking - plus the nicest pint of Nastro Azzuro I've EVER sampled!

Are we OK with this? If so, hopefully see you all there on Thurs.

Having marshalled at Caerleon for the whole wet Ryder Cup week I can give a thumbs up to the food at the Bell. Nice car park too & a good welcome.

Just so happens I have got Thursday & Friday off, what time were people meeting up? I'm guessing everyone is taking the car being this cold (plus the misses can drive)

We'll be taking the car this time, probably 2 wheels from then on, as the weather gets better.

I have a 1 million candle power spotlamp in the house you could use, though you would have to make it back home in less that 18 minutes as it will run out!
