Looks like Rossi will be out of the next few rounds after a highside in free practice this morning left him with a broken leg! Fist time he wont be on the grid since 1997 apparently!

Lorenzo will take the championship this year cos no-one else is close to his pace!

Hope Rossi gets better asap!

Watched the CCTV footage on Eurosport, of the crash.............went straight over the front at 120mph.  :eek :eek :eek

I think they said he had a compound fracture of the right tibia, so will be out for a while.

Either way that was a BIG crash  :eek
Wonder if he'll be back this season.

A shame as him and Lorenzo were due for a decent battle this season.
I'm sure Lorenzo would have wanted to beat Rossi fair and square as well

I carn`t believe it didn`t until i watched a rerun of his crash and OMG how did he only come away with a broken leg!! I hope he makes a speedy recovery but i dont think he`ll win the championship this year which is gutting but would take a miracle i think after all he`s been through this season already.
