Well it's just I purchased a sprint ST from them on saturday. Unfortunately it's got a running issue and there picking it up with a van tomorrow. I must admit the service I've had from them has been second to none. Always helpful and have really gone the extra mile with me. Such a shame Triumph them selves don't have the same customer service

Dozz.

I have no problems with John, at that shop whatsoever. He was genuine enough when I bought the bike, and helped with a few minor niggles after. Unfortunately, I think his hands may be a bit tied in this case.

But yes, the shop does provide a good service, and I emailed him today stating that I didnt want to be persuing this as I am, but I have no choice.

Does that mean you have to chase the dealer for the repairs? Or are you going to string Triumph up from the balls?

String Triumph up by the balls...Fuzzr, get hold of the national bike press and highlight the problem, how many other people have been fucked about and given lame excuses by Triumph!

I know it's not the dealers fault , like you have said, and ranting at the dealer, who it appears has tried to help you out, is not an option.

Triumph need a good hard kick in the nads.... :handjob

So did Fuzzrr ever issue proceedings against Triumph or the supplying dealer?

All the best with your email.
Always thought the law stated that all warranties were intact as long as the servicing was carried out by a competent qualified tradesman, any way for cars at least.

Think that's something the new EU directives that everyone is protesting against is bringing in.

So it should.
Had a car, 3 years old, that was fully dealer serviced and broke its gearbox. Wanted £1200 to investigate and then they were going to decide if we could claim. Took it to an independent and got it replaced for £600. On inspection the gears had more rust than an Allegro. The dealer had never checked the oil.
The point - are they any more competent ?

I seem to remember Fuzzr had put more bells & whistles on his 675 than a bells & whistles tree.
