Have a go at one of the 'Special Breakfasts' at the Hot Pot Cafe in Trecynon.
It's in a side street, just opposite Aberdare Park, where they have the motorcycle races.
The Hot Pot special is served on a plate which is about the same size as a single bed!!
It's got to worth having a go if you want to get into training for one of the other Food Challenges in this thread, but without the need to fly to the states for half a cow.
Steve the owner and his wife are very biker friendly too. You've got to try one......at least once.
