anyway here the update on the duke,my new titanium exhaust system arrived today and also orderd a pc3 for it and a motohooligan motobox airfilter kit and sas block off plates, after fitting and a dyno set up she should be around 135 bhp which is enough for such a lite chassis, also fitted the R+G tail tidy and still waiting for the new dark smoke head light cover and the dark tint screen and aload of carbon fibre to arrive, will be ordering some asv levers and some racing rearsets, going to change the seat for a black one and powder coat the wheels and swing arm black to finish it off...... :thumb_up

HP titanium corse exhausts from the twinshack shop

motobox filter kit with k+n filter

motohooligan sas block off plates

any volunteers to fit the exhaust as my back is still fooked...all the tea you can drink and i'll supply greggs jam donuts aswell....lol

where's rusty when you need him...lol

When you remove the sas  gubbins (Secondary Air System ithink?) this leaves holes in the engine to block up hence the plates :)
Its all for emmissions and all that stuff as the ktm's come choked up for euro emmission laws but not needed here :)

Bob on as normal Jas , it allows a accurate air fuel ratio on the dyno too, for the best results , i did the same to my superduke Buzz , with a air box mod , cans smog plates for the sas ( ktm do there own too) and a pc111 or the Akrapovic map i had you will see  120bhp at the wheel and thats lots on that twin .

I would check to see if its a 16 or 17 front sprocket , i went down a tooth on mine and it was fantastic , Cbr1000 and R1 hunting on twisty A and B roads   :devil was great  :party :party

i had a budget of £1200 to trick it up and im under the budget so far as alot come from ebay, the exhaust supposed to be £1200 on its own but got it for £450 on ebay, only thing i have'nt bought off ebay is the power commander and the ktm billett parts,as for the 16 tooth sprocket that was the first thing done to it,just need to find a black seat or get mine recovered,i've already upset a few sports bike riders on it..... :thumbsup
