new bike

NTV 650 made by Honda, V twin shaft driven 1996 model
58bhp model i think

i know

cart be for the horse

but hay ho hope to pass test before the end of Oct
o and it was at right money with full ticket and half tax
needs exhaust sorting and a good service


any body got a spare 2 in 1 exhaust pice

tuck her out for a spin round the block at weekend to warm her up  (got a we bit lost if you know what i mean)
no to bad of a runner

the list so far of jobs to do
have a look at cam chain & tappets need adjustment (i think)
carb needs a clean
Air filter, Oil filter, spark plugs, antifreeze and oils change
exhaust needs sorting
cheque over electrics

depending on funds
may b new indicators & new mirrors

tyres are good (avon)

i think that is it

with my second bike got to strip her back to a bare frame and get her sand blasted

money tight so that will all she is going to get for now
 at least and she be up and running
any ho frame good for year not much rust just a bit under seat at rear easy sorted

For the value of the bike, there's little point in spending big bucks. Keep it servicable with a wire brush on an electric drill to clean up the exhaust, then an aerosol of hammerite.
Superb developer bike - get some skills together and not worry about a few scuffs.

Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?
