A few of mine. Past and present.
« on: July 05, 2010, 11:24:01 PM »
I have owned around 10 bikes (I think) since I started riding in April 96. Starting with a 90 GN250 custom after I passed, on to a 86 GSX550 efe, 97 Kawa ZX6 f3, 99 Bandit 6, 89 ZXR400H, 94 FZR1000 Exup RU, 99 Fireblade RRX, 2001 R1, 2001 Aprilia RSV Mille R, 98 Fireblade RRV and my current ride a 98 Triumph Daytona T595 955i.

I don't have pics of them all but here are a few.

That is a lot of bike for relatively little money. Sold it for £3250 last year. Ohlins forks, shock, damper, oz wheels, brembo brakes, carbon. I tooth less on the front, airbox mod, chipped and a can. What a mental ride. Longest term of ownership of any bike for me. 3 Years.
Amazing and so easy to ride. :tup2

Tim, Mine was a 2001 so it wasn't the first of the animals. Nice bike to ride and so quick. The 98 ones are totally hatstand, mental powerband included.

The exup was one of the most stable bikes I have ridden (probs due to the weight) superb, capable bike.

The zxr400 cost me 800 quid and was an amazing handling bike, everyone should own one at some point.

Owned a foxeye fzr and the later yzf 750 ,both nice bikes ,i had the gsxr 400 and a mate had a zxr 400 ,the zxr was a little bit faster than my gsxr but it think it was due to me being about 3 stone heavier ,still had him on the bends though  :scooter
