Nice ride for a supermoto :fishing
Some of those corners I was thinking he'd gone in way too hot in comparison to the sportsbikes but fair play it seemed planted throughout

Later corner braking is normal riding on a sumo  :thumbsup

I know but I thought he had overcooked it even for supermoto styling.
You should have seen your fellow supermoto riders at llandow mate, late braking pffft barely broke at all the pair of nutters :tup2 There was a guy on a KTM in the fast group who looked fast. I think someone said all the supermoto people got a black flag at some stage :rofl

I know what you mean, i went to watch mongo at Pembrey last week and there was a guy there on a 660smc, had a few warnings for foot out and i asked myself could i rag it round a track without putting my foot out or adhere to all trackday rules and the answer in all honesty was no, i dont think i could  :thumb_down

I think the main one that got to the supermoto guys at Llandow was 'no passing in the corners'. You could see they were carrying a much higher corner speed but the minute the track straightened out they were left behind - frustrating I'm sure.
Whats the difference between putting foot out and knee down really in terms of safety? Does the foot make more of a hazard as it sticks out further from the bike? :scratch
I'm probably being stupid...

But arent trackdays supposed to be for all types of riders?? If they're just going to black flag supermoto's then there really isnt much point in them turning up. If you cant ride the bike in the manner its supposed to be ridden then you wont learn anything!

If I was told that I would be black flagged for sticking my knee out then I probably wouldnt bother going! :scratch
