I ride at speed every time I throw a leg over the seat, but I never, ever, race with a stranger ... you simply don't know their limits or style of riding ... or who THEY are !!

I'm not the fastest out there...but I WILL NEVER try and race or out do a bike , where i'm not sure who the rider is... :shocked

Or cars for that matter.....really keep my eyes open for unmarked cars , bikes are fooking hard too spot though!!!

About everyone being made to ride 400's?

It'd be a right laugh for a while  :thumbsup

I think you have to use a little common sense when riding. If you are gonna do 60 in a 30 then you deserve to get caught. If you are in Mid Wales empty roads, then maybe 75,cough......should be ok,I think it all depends on your riding.Having sold Bikes to Officers, they do similar to us when they are off duty, but they are the best riders on the road, and can tell when following us,they will judge if they feel they have to have a word in our ear.
If you do your Bike safe ,then you are a closer step to riding like them, and believe me they are experts at road craft.
